Non-Personal and Aggregated Information Collected Automatically
Each time you visit a Triumph Learning Web sites, Triumph Learning logs non-personal information. Such information includes, but is not limited to, your IP address, domain name, the name of the Web page from which you entered the Web sites, which pages you visit on the Web sites, and how much time you spend on each page. Triumph Learning uses this information to monitor and improve the Web sites and for internal analysis. In particular, Triumph Learning uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the websites, and gather information for aggregate use. IP addresses, however, are not linked to any personal information.
You also have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If, however, you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the sites or have some of the services on the sites function properly.
Personal Information You Provide
You can use portions of the sites without divulging any personal information, including your e-mail address. The sites do not collect personal information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide personal information on a voluntary basis (for example, registering for Triumph Online™; requesting a catalog; requesting additional information by contacting us; signing-up for a Triumph Online™ in-person orientation; posting a message to a message board; requesting help; or accessing, adding to, or changing the information on your account information page on Triumph Online™). When you register your students for Triumph Online™ or participate in Triumph Online™ through an affiliate or local school, Triumph Learning may collect information regarding you and your students. This personal information may be collected on the sites, or via telephone or conventional mail. The types of information that you may be asked to provide, depending on what services you would like to receive, include, but are not limited to: first and last name; billing address; the services you request; and an e-mail address where Triumph Learning can contact you.
Once you have registered your students for Triumph Online™ (whether you registered on the sites, or through offline communications), there is an online service for all such programs. There will be a personal information page on Triumph Online™ that contains some or all of your personal information. You may also be assigned a username and password and may create, at your discretion, a username for your students any time you are logged onto Triumph Online™. The username will be used to recognize you and your students on the Triumph Online™ site. The username will allow Triumph Online™ to recognize: your first and last name; registration ID; type of account, such as teacher, administrator, student (if you created a separate username and password for your students); school affiliation; integration number; and the e-mail address you provided. The username and Triumph Online™ will also allow you to track your students’ grades, school work, and testing and to submit relevant portions of the same to Triumph Learning, its affiliates, and/or your local school to track your students’ progress and abide by State and/or Federal standards and regulations.
Triumph Learning may use the personal information on your account information page to provide you with information about new products and services available through K-12. You can request to opt out of receiving such information by making a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Triumph Learning may share your information with companies that are not affiliated with Triumph Learning, but who are interested in sending you information about their products and services. You can request that your personal information not be shared with independent third parties by making a request in writing to email@example.com.
You can review and edit the personal information that you have provided to Triumph Learning by making a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Personal Information Provided by Parents about Children
Triumph Learning understands that the student users who are under 13 years of age need special safeguards and privacy protection, and it is the intent of Triumph Learning to fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Triumph Learning does not collect personal information from children online at any point. Triumph Learning only receives personal information about your children directly from you when you enroll your children into Triumph Online™. You can review certain personal information that Triumph Learning has regarding your children by making such a request in writing to email@example.com. Please be aware that some personal information relating to your children’s educational records may not be able to be disclosed by Triumph Learning due to state and/or Federal law.
You can request that your children’s personal information not be used by Triumph Learning or its affiliates and vendors acting on behalf of Triumph Learning, by making a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that if you make such a request, your children can no longer continue to be enrolled in Triumph Online™ or utilize Triumph Online™. Therefore, a request by you for Triumph Learning, its affiliates, and vendors acting on behalf of Triumph Learning to no longer use your children’s personal information will terminate your children’s participation in and their use of Triumph Online™.

Triumph Learning may offer private messaging to the parent(s) on Triumph Online™. Please be aware that any information posted in these forums will be received by the specified recipient's account. Triumph Learning also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol on your account information and registration pages to protect sensitive personal information.
